About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cell Leader at Orion Electrotech. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, managing a team of assembly technicians, and implementing lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of production operatives

- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure operational output, quality, and cost targets are met
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a team

- Experience with lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement methods
