We need a skilled and energetic individual to be responsible for helping deliver Warm Wales’ community focused Hardship Relief Scheme project across South Wales.

The focus of the job is to help vulnerable, fuel poor households, particularly those in poor housing stock, with insufficient heating by delivering a range of advice and support interventions that help address these issues.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide all administrative support for the various Energy Company Obligation (ECO) projects
- Proactively communicate with LAs, private landlords and private householders to increase new business for the ECO scheme.
- Monitor and report on own projects relating to referrals and income generating initiatives.
- Manage casework as per on-going project requirements inclusive of working with vulnerable customers, providing energy advice and working with support agencies
- Action first-line complaints and following the complaints procedure escalating complaints as required and helping to improve customer relations
- Coordinate and participate in marketing/networking events inclusive of establishing venues, correspondence, PR material/products and smart-reporting on events, etc.
- Ensure a high degree of accuracy of data entry and maintenance of records on the company’s CRM; other databases/spreadsheets and generate reports on a weekly/monthly basis or as required
- Action inbound and outbound calls which includes arranging appointments and updating customers with services offered etc.
- Work closely with other departments to support other projects and Project Managers, to ensure timely delivery of services
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle for work use would be an advantage

The post requires satisfactory DBS check and appropriate references to be obtained by Warm Wales. Warm Wales staff are currently working from home, with trips to the office where necessary; working arrangements will be adjusted in accordance with the requirements of the role.

Hours of work This post is full time: normal full time working hours are 37 hours per week exclusive of lunch breaks. Although Warm Wales wishes to offer staff opportunities for flexible working, hours of work will also need to be worked flexibly to meet operational requirements for the role and must be agreed with line manager.

There will be occasions when staff may be requested to work additional hours or outside normal hours. Holidays commence at 26 days p.a. pro rata plus bank holidays. Pension Warm Wales offers a qualifying workplace pension scheme through NEST. Warm Wales makes employer contributions to the employee’s retirement pot, employee contributions will need to match those stipulated by the Government. A contracting out certificate under the Pensions Schemes Act 1993 is not in force. Currently (since April 2019) the contributions are Warm Wales 3% Employee 5%.
