Project Co-ordinator

Working as part of the Transformation Portfolio Office, the post holder will provide management for specific projects at a locality or across Swansea Bay University Health Board; they will support the management of more complex or sensitive projects by managing or assisting with elements of them on behalf of more senior team members.
The post holder will be required to support, facilitate and monitor the progress of a project, service improvement or change management initiative, reporting progress and issues to more senior staff. Working as part of the project team they will also be required to provide support, training and guidance to other project staff.
The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring that policies and procedures required for the projects or improvements that they are involved with are developed / implemented and that programme policies are adhered to. The post holder will also ensure that standard project management methodologies are applied to progress and successfully deliver projects.
