**Who are we looking for?**

We have a new role at CEG Digital We are currently looking for a new **Admissions Officer** to join an enthusiastic and fast-paced environment

The role is on a **full-time, fixed-term contract (12 months)** with the location either in our Cambridge or Newcastle Office, United Kingdom. We are operating under a Hybrid Working policy (3 days work from home and 2 days in the office).

Academic Practice is one of the key areas of work within Academic Services at CEG Digital. The primary focus of the **Admissions Officer** will be to support the recruitment of students who have the potential to succeed in their desired studies.

The post holder will be required to provide a fast, efficient and welcoming service for all customers, internal and external, proactively pursuing student recruitment and conversion on to our courses. Due to this, we are looking for people that can demonstrate and present strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload, to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines. Similarly, the post holder will have a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills.

The post holder may be required to work weekends or extra hours during peak season or busy periods. The post holder wouldn't normally be expected to travel though there could be the occasional visit to the other office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take overall responsibility for the admission process, including working with the Recruitment team on conversion campaigns as required.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of student databases, both for internal purposes and for external compliance purposes.
- Prepare accurate and timely paperwork, including but not limited to offer letters, pre-start information and final acceptance letters.
- Provide efficient and courteous communications with all customers, internal and external.

- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload, to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.
- A high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, cultural awareness and sensitivity
