Murray McIntosh are delighted to be working with the Construction Industry Training Board whose mission is to support a thriving workforce in the development of top-notch training. They are seeking an Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to join their influential Evaluation team.

Working alongside the broader Strategy and Policy function, this role will evaluate the performance of their products and services, and provide understanding of their impact on the industry before reporting to government and industry figures to influence strategic decision making.

Responsibilities will include:

- Evaluating performance and impact against and for strategic aims
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative research from a variety of sources
- Process and analyse complex data and intelligence in order to draw impactful conclusions
- Communicate insight in digestible formats to internal and external stakeholders
- Education to degree level with relevant professional qualification; or relevant similar work experience
- Ability to analyse complex data and provide insightful conclusions and present recommendations
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proven ability and experience of using data analysis tools
- Experience of working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of concepts and principles of social science research is desirable
