**Location: Crewe, UK (office based)**

**Full-time, perm**

We work with customers in approximately 50 countries touching every stage of a device’s lifecycle, from when it’s manufactured to the moment it’s time to trade it in and re-market it.

As the Call Centre Trainer you will be responsible for the delivery of training to all new starters and existing staff. You will be continuously developing new training programs with the mindset of customer experience and employee knowledge at the heart of what you do.

**What else you will be responsible for**
- Conduct call centre inductions for all new starters and temporary staff
- Being responsible for the modification and creation of all training materials alongside the developing and updating of basic training topics.
- Carry out all scheduled training in accordance with business needs
- Continually review and amend training programmes to reflect changes in business needs
- Ensure that all training activity is documented accurately
- Maintain training records
- Liaise with managers to ensure maximum attendance of all training sessions
- Produce and maintain training manuals / documents.
- Attend training courses/ seminars as required to ensure personal skills are maintained at the correct level
- Provide training support to line managers when required
- Carry out regular audits of training.
- Assist and drive assigned projects.
- Understands and accurately follows company policies and procedures relevant to the role
- Planning initiatives to enable successful knowledge that can be delivered and transferred into all in-house training programmes.
- Delivering all ranges of 1 to 1 training, from beginner level to advanced to ensure there is a key variation of training methods.
- Scheduling all training sessions on a variety of topics that are relevant to each specific project.
- Ensuring that training materials comply with of all the company's policies and quality standards.
**What we are looking for**
- Experience of working as a trainer in a similar environment
- Strong background within a Call Centre, Sales and Customer Service environment.
- Experience of running new starter inductions and training plans.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence and develop individuals at all levels in the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
