We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our client’s admin team at their office in Kilmarnock.
The company are an award-winning engineering contractor who provide engineering solutions to customers across the UK and Ireland.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Data Input
- Analysing Data & Reporting
- Invoicing
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Supplier Payments
- Overseeing material Orders
- Booking Travel and Accommodation for Management and Engineers
**Experience Required**
- Previous administration experience.
- To be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
- To possess a strong work ethic.
- You must enjoy and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to achieve objectives safely, efficiently and to time constraints.
- Work to a Quality Management System.
- Strong reporting skills = verbally and written.
- Be committed to continuous improvement and development.
- Be conscientious and meticulous in your work.
