Undertake other administrative duties as necessary, including dealing with enquiries from staff and members of the public, on the telephone and face to face. Provide administrative support for regular meetings, as defined by the Apprenticeships and Widening Participation Lead. Embrace the opportunity to attend events both internal to the organisation and external, to support Apprenticeships programmes that NUH run. To request information and collate Talent for Care returns for NUH, and submit to HEE, as directed.

Record and securely store information relating to confidential matters and enquiries. Undertake an annual appraisal to identify any necessary personal development required to meet the objectives of the Team, and to further develop the post holders skills and role. The post holder will be required to undertake mandatory training as and when require. Draft and produce non-standard communication Where agreed, service meetings including liaising with the chairperson to produce and distribute an agenda, takes and produces meeting notes and an update on all actions in a timely manner.

Positively contributing to the Human Resources function through developing relationships with other members of the team and be an advocate for Apprenticeships. Leading, attending and contributing to team meetings. Participating in the personal development review (appraisal) process.
