This role will ensure the accurate, effective and timely administration of HR Polices and Procedures. It’s a busy day and the demands of the role are wide and varied. We support the clinics with effective processing of all things people from onboarding to people management

Main duties will include;
- Supervise the activity of the HR administrator
- Ensure Policy and Procedure is maintained
- Resolve issues in good time
- First point of contact regarding day to day HR queries, escalating where appropriate
- Proactive ‘how to’ advice regarding established HR process and procedure
- Administration Employee lifecycle instructions via appropriate Company forms
- Ensure appropriate authority prior to further action
- Review and verify source documents
- Data entry of HR data using appropriate software
- Process new employees, terminations, transfers and promotions
- Right to Work checks and Visa processing

**Location**: The role at the Head Office in St Albans, located in the City Centre a short walk from the mainline train station. Parking is available on site.

Please note that whilst the role is based in St Albans we are looking at 2 days in the office per week and 3 days at home. Please note that initial training may require 5 days in the office.

**Contract Type**: Permanent

**Hours**: Full Time, 37.5 hrs p/w Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30

**Salary**: £30,000 to 32,000 p/a plus 15% potential bonus, 27 days holiday increasing to 30 with service, pension and life cover.
