We are looking to appoint an outstanding person to the role of HR Administrator, to work within the central Human Resources Team. Wave Trust’s HR Team forms part of the Trust’s Central Services Team providing support to all the academies across Devon and Cornwall.

Duties and responsibilities will include; supporting with the recruitment and onboarding processes for all new joiners including pre-employment checks, DBS checks and references; providing effective and efficient administration processes in line with the Trust’s Safer Recruitment processes; providing excellent customer care and to always be welcoming and ensuring there is a customer focus and added value service; supporting the Trust Admin Team as and when required. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a high level of administrative skill to work for a Multi Academy Trust providing quality education for pupils who are unable to access mainstream schools due to medical, behavioural and/or SEND needs.

Wave is dedicated to the safeguarding of children and Safer Recruitment Procedures will be followed. The position requires a satisfactory enhanced DBS check and online check.
