The Patient Experience Team are seeking a dynamic, forward thinking, innovative and highly motivated individual who is passionate about the consistent delivery of the highest quality of standards in relation to the patient experience at our Trust

We are looking for an individual that has a passion for improving the patient experiences across all our services that we deliver and has proven evidence to demonstrate their attention to detail. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Patient Experience within all areas of patient experience which will include the Complaints and PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) working across both of the services with the Complaints and Pals Officers.

The Patient Complaints & Pals Co-ordinator plays a key role within the Trust in delivering a patient-centred service for any individual wishing to make a complaint. This will incorporate facilitating the immediate resolution of concerns, where appropriate, and supporting patients and carers through the complaints process. The role centres on the operation of the NHS complaints procedure and in ensuring the Trust meets all expectations of that procedure.

The post holder co-ordinates the receipt and investigation of Pals enquires as well as formal and informal complaints
