The role of Credit Controller involves:

- Conducting collection calls in a structured way
- Completing credit checks for new and existing accounts
- Recording invoice disputes
- Resolving invoice disputes
- Record credit note requests on the Credit Log
- Responsible for issuing copy invoices and other supporting documents and manual statements

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Have previous experience working in Credit Control
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good excel skills
- Attention to detail
