Ar Assistant

Camino Partners are hiring for a successful and rapidly growing data and analytics recruitment specialist head-quartered in London, operating internationally across the US and Europe market too.

This role will assist the AR supervisor with administering the accounts receivable processes and supporting the day-to-day activities of the finance team as the company continue their positive trajectory.

Responsibilities include:

- Creating and processing client invoices across multiple currencies.
- Liaising with clients to confirm start dates.
- Setting up client portals to accept invoices and arranging purchasing orders.
- Oversee revenue management.
- Monitor accounts receivable balances with ad-hoc credit control.
- Following up on credit check processes.
- Cash collections, checking revenue and allocating invoices.
- Experience working in an AR/credit control role.
- Experience using accounting software (Quickbooks, Sage etc)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organised with good time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail/accuracy.
- Experience working within a recruitment firm desired but not necessary.
- Experience in cash reconciliations desired but not necessary.
- Experience with international currencies desired but not necessary.
