In this busy and varied role, you’ll support the administration of key HR processes spanning the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to leavers. Responsibilities include recruitment administration, processing all staff changes, monitoring absence and probation returns, and maintaining staff records on our HR system, iTrent. You’ll also be the first point of contact for all general HR queries for the airports you support. You’ll therefore need experience in a similar role.

The role requires you to be self-motivated with excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise.You’ll also need good IT skills, ideally having previous experience of using an HR system.

The role is based at our Head Office (Inverness Airport) however there is the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis. The post is for 21 hours per week with the specific working pattern to be agreed with the successful applicant.
