As Telesales Team Leader, you will be part of our exciting, fun and vibrant office based sales team who put the customer at the heart of everything we do. You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Telesales Executives to exceed sales and KPI targets whilst delivering service excellence to our customers.

Our customers are passionate about the food they serve and the service they deliver to their customers and we are looking for an equally passionate, enthusiastic, sales focused Team Leader.

Responsibilities will include:

- Manage, coach & develop a team of Telesales Executives to exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular call evaluations and one to ones to drive sales achievement and quality targets.
- Drive sales incentive achievement within your team.
- Support your team to identify sales development opportunities.
- Create a team culture which delivers our service excellence standards.

Skills Required:

- Strong communication, influencing, motivation and negotiation skills.
- The ability to analyse KPI data to identify areas of development.
- The ability to drive sales performance within a targeted environment.
- Previous experience in managing a team within a B2B sales environment preferred.

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
