We are looking for an Executive Support Assistant, to join our existing Executive support team on a fixed term contract as maternity cover. This role forms part of the Executive Support team, who provide support to the Board of the Office for Legal Complaints and the Legal Ombudsman’s Executive Team.

**Role Purpose**:
The Executive Support Assistant will be responsible for providing a high standard of administrative support in a timely manner which could involve arranging meetings, managing diary commitments, drafting documents, and attending meetings either as note taker or, if required, as a nominated deputy.

**Skills & Experience**:
Who we are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role and can effectively manage their workload. This is a demanding role and plays a pivotal part in ensuring our Board and Executive teams are fully supported.

You will be comfortable liaising with senior managers and staff at all levels and be able to deputise for the Board Secretary and/EA to CO as needed.

It is essential that you can manage your own time and prioritise effectively, have effective problem-solving skills, be organised and methodical and be able to communicate both in writing and verbally.
