More detail about the role: Are you interested in moving and handling and up for a challenge, combining your clinical and teaching skills? We are developing a role as part of the Practice Educator team to lead on supporting community teams with their moving and handling refresher training. The position will work with the Community AHPs, Community Nurses and unregistered staff to support their moving and handling queries and delivering refresher courses.

The role will encompass driving innovative service improvements and will have a close relationship with community teams and the Moving and Handling Team to maintain a high-quality service, and moving and handling skills in the community. Excellent communication skills will be required to deliver the training and to support the individuals in their education. Computer skills are essential to develop training packages, and to maintain the IT based information systems for the educational and clinical elements of the role.
