**The Role**

The Senior FP&A Business Partner is a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. FP&A work closely with the executive leaders to provide transparency, insight, and analysis into the financial position of the organisation to help optimise strategic and operational decision-making.

With Premium Credit being part of a private equity backed company, this role is both exciting and challenging. The person must be an astute problem solver, able to manage multiple activities at the same time whilst maintaining clear line of sight of the wider strategic opportunities.

**_You will also:_**
- Maintain a comprehensive record of performance, which may consist of sales (including sales pipeline), revenue, costs, headcount, and value drivers in order to provide analysis and insight to help ensure the business achieves its objectives.
- Provide accurate and timely information to the business, ensuring the information is understood across the teams.
- Work closely with Management Accounts to understand the impact of actuals and provide commentary on how actuals compare with what was expected in terms of budget and forecast.
- Support the development of robust budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for the business teams, through collaboration with key stakeholders across the business and Finance.
- Actively support forecast presentation and other presentations required for Executive Committee and Board.

- **Several years post qualified Accountant with experience in a financially controlled environment.**:
