- Competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000.00, depending on experience

**_You will also:_**
- Collaborate closely with the Contact Centre Manager to drive the pipeline of high-volume, quality talent for our Contact Centre at peak hiring times.
- Build strong, effective relationships within HR, hiring managers, Talos and recruitment agencies as necessary.
- Attend interviews with managers and conduct telephone screening and competency-based interviews as required.
- Recruit primarily using direct recruitment methods and successfully deliver on high-volume recruitment requirements.
- Own, deliver and manage the internal and external recruitment strategy.
- Train managers in the use of Talos to ensure they get the most out of the system and ensure it is fully implemented and embedded in the business.
- Provide recruitment data and insights to be used for ExCo reporting.
