Job Summary:

We are seeking a Premises Care Specialist to join our team at Seed Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep and maintenance of our premises to the highest standards.

About the Role:

  • Maintain the premises to a high standard, ensuring a safe and secure environment in accordance with Health and Safety legislation.
  • Assist the Manager with property matters, including listing and storing tools safely and securely.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance routines within the Home, anticipating potential problems and reporting any hazards to the Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, including water checks, fire alarm system checks, and boiler maintenance.
  2. Check wheelchairs for defects and report/arrange repairs, as well as regularly pump up tyres as necessary.
  3. Keep records of all work carried out, including maintenance day books and diaries of major works.
  4. Direct and check in deliveries of goods, ensuring they are stored tidily and discrepancies are reported to the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Estimated salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
