Premises Care Specialist

As a Premises Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and safety of our premises. This position requires a high level of physical fitness, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance routines. You will work closely with the Manager to ensure seamless operations and maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
Essential Responsibilities- Inspect the premises regularly to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, emptying refuse sacks, and checking electrical appliances.
- Liaise with the Manager to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless operations.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance logs and repair reports.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, possess excellent time management skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
