About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Premises Specialist to join our team at Seed Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our premises is carried out to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the premises to a high standard, ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and residents.
  • Assist the Manager with the operation of the Home, including property matters and tool management.
  • Perform daily inspections and maintenance routines, identifying and reporting any hazards or issues.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and contractors as required.
  • Keep accurate records of all work carried out, including maintenance day books and diaries.
