St. David’s Leisure Ltd. are looking to appoint a grounds/maintenance person at Coed Helen Holiday Park, Caernarfon, LL54 5RS.

Set amongst wooded parkland overlooking the Menai Strait, Coed Helen Holiday Park offers 250 park homes; a mix of privately-owned lodges and static holiday homes, as well as a small number of our own hire units. The park benefits from a heated outdoor swimming pool and other on-site facilities/services.

This a full-time position, 40hrs, Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Applicants must be flexible as occasional weekend work and Bank Holiday cover etc. is required.

Duties will include basic grounds/gardening work (mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, planting and weeding), swimming pool operations, caravan moves and siting, minor building and property maintenance tasks (blockwork, slabbing, painting etc.), gas deliveries and more. This list is not exhaustive, the role will be varied and interesting.

Knowledge and previous experience/use of hand tools, basic light machine and plant equipment (excavators, dumpers, tractors, ride-on mowers, petrol strimmers, hedge cutters etc.) is desirable. Previous experience working with swimming pools or hot-tubs would be advantageous. Training can be given.

This is primarily an outdoor role. The applicant be used to and willing to work in all weathers.

A full, clean driving license is essential.
