We are looking for a reliable, honest and hard-working gardener with relevant knowledge and experience to join our grounds team here at Coed Helen Holiday Park, Caernarfon, LL54 5RS.

Located close to the Menai Strait with views to Anglesey and the foothills of Snowdonia, Coed Helen is part of St. David’s Leisure Ltd., a family-owned holiday park operator, with 4 parks located in Anglesey and on the North Wales coast.

Set in 23 coastal acres of mixed wood
- and park-land, the unique location of Coed Helen offers all our private homeowners and hire guests a well-tended natural space in the grounds of an old manor house and country estate. A place of escape, where our homeowners and hire guests choose to relax and unwind, absent of the stresses of the day-to-day.

With numerous decorative beds and shrubs, through to established hedging, young and mature trees, the maintenance and upkeep of our grounds and flora are of the utmost importance to us. We are looking for a committed, thorough and hard-working gardener to assist in our aesthetic endeavours.

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, 40hrs across 5-days per week. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving green spaces and planted area on the park. Working under the guidance of our head gardener you will need to be able to plan, schedule and coordinate work in line with the needs of the business, utilising your knowledge and initiative as necessary.

Season-to-season the nature of the work will offer constant daily variety. Whether it be planting and maintaining seasonal beds, the upkeep of established beds, weeding, pruning, trimming or shaping, there is a wide variety and volume of daily, weekly and seasonal tasks.
