**Clothing, Well-Being & Jewellery Department Supervisor**

Full-Time, Permanent position.

Salary £24,375 pa (37.5 hour week)

Sunday to Thursday.

**Clothing, Wellbeing & Jewellery Department Supervisor**

As a successful supervisor you must have a great, can do personality, enthusiasm and the drive to support the management team in the day to day running of the store

You will play a key role in the success of Fron Goch and lead by example offering excellent customer service, be able to manage stock & work with the merchandising and buying team with customer feedback and first hand knowledge of the products.

**Key Skills**

Lead by example. Provide exceptional customer service

Overseeing stock management

Work with merchandising team/buyer on display

Managing merchandising & customer care standards

Locking up /key holder responsibilities

This role requires a people person - someone who loves customers and working as part of a team; enjoying meeting our customers, dealing with day to day challenges and assisting the efficient and smooth running of our business.

In order to converse with our customers, a good understanding of both welsh & english would be highly advantageous.
