**Till Area Supervisor**

Full-Time, Permanent position.

Salary £24,375 p.a. 37.5 hours / week.

Sunday to Thursday.

- You will be supporting the till team on a daily basis
- Training and support
- Managing demand / staffing
- Monitoring standards of service
- Maintaining standards of housekeeping
- Queue busting - Hands on approach when needed
- Supporting the customer service desk
- Covering breaks & absences on the main desk
- Includes some Opening up / cashing up and locking up duties
- This role will be supported by and responsible to our Customer Service Manager and Assistant Garden Centre Manager.

This role requires a people person - someone who loves customers and working as part of a team; enjoying meeting our customers, dealing with day to day challenges and assisting the efficient and smooth running of our business.
