**The Role**
- Be responsible for all aspects of marketing for the Group
- Improve and increase content on the group’s social media platforms
- Management of the social media platforms
- Copy writing for all marketing material including company websites, social media, blog, press releases, sales material and more
- Creating and management of marketing campaigns to existing and prospective clients across the companies and the group and their unique services
- To assist in creating omnipresence through multiple channels for clients
- To assist in upcoming digitalization projects
- Working with the sales team to create marketing material & projects for existing and new clients and services
- To be able to utilise systems such as Mailchimp and HootSuite.
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation etc.)
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts
- Content creation and marketing materials: Writing copy for brochures, leaflets and promotions including creation of designs and literature.
- Engagement to generate incoming leads
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing, marketing campaigns and material to existing and prospect clients

**About You**
- You will be a creative individual with a keen eye for detail
- You will work well within a team and using your own initiative
- You will thrive working well to deadlines
- You will be interested in keeping up to date with the latest social media sites, trends & technologies
- You will be confident and friendly and able to communicate with employees and customers at all levels.
- You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask
- You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- You will be a flexible person ready to turn your hand to a wide range of tasks
- You will demonstrate creative writing skills

**Experience Required**
- Experience in the same or a similar role is essential
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing projects
- Experience in social media account management, content creation, graphics using HootSuite
- Experience in SEO both on page and off page would be beneficial
- Fully Competent with Microsoft Office
- Experience copy writing
- Photoshop experience
- InDesign experience desirable but not essential
- Past experience in similar B2B role (desirable)
- Relevant marketing, PR, digital, or equivalent in-job experience.
