**Job Purpose**

iFi audio is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that elevate our brand, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

**Main Activities**

**Market Research**: Conduct research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor insights, providing valuable data to inform marketing strategies.

**Data Analysis**: Analyse key marketing performance metrics, competitors and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

**Brand Management**: Assist in maintaining and enhancing the brand identity and consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.

**Product Launch Support**: Coordinate and support product launches, including developing launch strategies, organizing events, and creating promotional materials.

**Digital Advertising**: Collaborate with advertising platforms and agencies to plan, implement, and monitor digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising.

**Event Coordination**: Participate in the planning and organization of trade shows, webinars, product demonstrations, and other promotional events.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with various departments, such as sales, product development, and design, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals and maintain consistent messaging.

**Budget Management**: Assist in effectively managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring campaigns are cost-efficient.

**Market Expansion**: Explore opportunities for expanding iFi audio's market reach and targeting new audiences, both domestically and internationally.

**Project Management**: Manage marketing projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion within budget constraints.

**Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain effective communication with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to facilitate marketing activities.

**Compliance**: Ensure that all marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
