Job Title: Personal Assistant for Self-Employed Professional

Are you a dedicated and organized support professional with experience in maintaining strong boundaries and assisting individuals with ADHD? We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team and provide essential assistance to a self-employed magician and coach in various aspects of their business and life.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our magician and coach's business:
Client Management:

- Assist in booking clients and managing appointments.
- Maintain the diary, ensuring a well-organized schedule.
- Sending quotes and ensuring payments are received.

Financial Support:

- Aid in making financial decisions and managing financial transactions.
- Keep track of expenses, invoices, and assist in budgeting.

Administrative Duties:

- General administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
- Upload and manage files, ensuring a well-organized digital system.
- Provide support for business-related paperwork and documentation.

Gig Support:

- Assist in coordinating and supporting attendance at various gigs and events.
- Manage logistics and ensure the magician and coach's readiness for performances.
- Can include over night stays across the UK.

Personal Support:

- Manage and coordinate doctors' appointments, ensuring they are booked and attended due to ongoing health conditions.
- Provide transportation, driving for our client where necessary.
- Offer empathetic and understanding support for health-related challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a personal assistant, particularly in supporting individuals with ADHD.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage diaries and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of financial processes and experience in supporting financial decisions.
- Proficiency in file management and maintaining a digital filing system.
- Familiarity with business and marketing practices is an advantage.
