Charity People is helping a high profile education institute recruit a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Officer, and the role comes withan attractive salary of £32,348 - 35,333 per annum.

As a Customer Relationship Management Officer, you will work as a Communications and External Relations team member and support the day-to-day operations of the Marketing and Student Recruitment CRM activities. Your hours of work will typically be 36 hoursper week.

This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to be on campus, just two days per week.

In this flexible CRM Officer position, you can expect to take on the following responsibilities:

- Assisting the Senior CRM Officer with oversight of CRM for all business units within Communications and External Relations (CER)
- Supporting the rest of the marketing and student recruitment team (and other CRM users across the company) in running reports, providing data analysis, and sending one-off and automated communications
- Delivering one-to-one and group training to CRM users, developing self-service training resources, and running and developing the CRM super-user group
- Extensive experience in customer services, preferably from involvement with large, diverse organisations
- Excellent understanding of CRM systems, including experience working with internal IT staff/external agencies to develop such systems and CRM system administration experience
- Experience with GDPR and data protection
