Working within the Customer Outreach department you will be providing administrative support with particular focus on reviewing and scanning customer documentation that is received into the office.
The role of Administrator/Scanner is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous administrative skills or who has recently left University to gain experience within the financial services sector
The role will pay £24,000 per annum pro rata on a fixed term contract of 6 months and the role will be based on site in Canary Wharf at the client’s offices.
You would be required to work Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30, although some flexibility will be required to accommodate the project workload.
**As an Administrator/Scanner, you will**:

- Prepare source data for scanning by compiling and arranging information to a set process.
- Scanning documentation, you will need to review the scans to ensure they are of good quality.
- You will also be required to upload these scans to an online based system and be able to establish priority work.
- Tag crucial documentation to a specific file or document type.

**We are looking for an Administrator/Scanner who possesses the following attributes and abilities**:

- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, to include fluent English both written and verbal.
- Extremely professional, well-presented, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Flexible and dedicated

You will also be required to complete a Criminal Records Bureau check for this project.
