**About the Role**
- Managing and supporting a team of Carers and Senior Carers
- Coordinate the team and plan the rosters and deal with new referrals on a daily basis
- Sharing on call responsibility and working closely with your senior staff
- Working with service users and their families/loved ones and other Health Professionals
- Promoting personalisation in care and maximising independence for customers
- Providing personal care where required

**About You**
- Enthusiastic, flexible, motivated and passionate about providing a high level standard of service
- Be organised and be able to prioritise workload
- Experience in care and management is desirable
- Be able to communicate well and establish positive relationships with staff, colleagues, service users, family members and Health professionals/Social Workers
- Have a basic IT skills
- Ability to drive and have access to a car is essential
