Page Personnel are working with an organisation in Bury who are looking to appoint an Administrator to join them on a Fixed Term Contract until December 2026. They are ideally looking for someone with experience in an administrative setting who can assistwith general office duties and support the Board of Education.

The client is an organisation in the Not for Profit and Charities sector who work throughout Greater Manchester focused on growing their message of positivity in the heart of the community.
**Description**
The key responsibilities for the Administrator include:
- Arrange meetings and take minutes as required
- Support general office duties
- Provide secretarial support for the Director and Deputy Director
- Support the organisation of Board of Education events
- Devise and maintain office systems
**Profile**
The successful Administrator should have:
- Experience working in an administrative setting
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Strong IT skills, familiar with all aspects of the Microsoft Office package
- Commitment to working with a range of colleagues and schools
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage tasks to meet deadlines
**Job Offer**
- £20,098 - £23,057
- 22 days annual leave, rising to 25 days after 12 months service
