This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly successful and progressive company in Bury within a varied IFA Administration role. This position will involve working in collaboration with Financial Advisers, providing strong administrative supportincluding diary and appointment management as well as dealing with customers. You will ensure that you are providing a consistently high level of support.
**IFA Administrator Duties**:
- General office administration, including filing, faxing and photocopying
- Obtaining information, quotes and product details, and provide comparisons for analysis.
- Prepare suitability letters and reports for approval by the Paraplanner or Financial Adviser in line with company policy and prepare associated accompanying documentation as required. This will include the pre-completion of documentation ready for clientsto check and sign.
- Processing client transactions and enquiries accurately and in a timely manner and per agreed service levels.
- Proactive assistance and resolution of client enquiries, adhering to relevant timescales and processing guidelines
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of individual and departmental responsibilities
- Support with diary management and other administrative duties as required
**IFA Administrator Requirements**:
- Experience of working within an IFA Administration role within professional services
- Proven track record of working accurately within defined processes
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- The ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment
- Willingness to learn new systems, concepts and broaden knowledge in the industry
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks with a structured approach
- Highly motivated and willing to embrace change
- Good attention to detail
- Strong IT skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages (word and excel)
