Claimont Health is recruiting for a fantastic full-time role as a Client Experience Coordinator working with our Hub Team. The post holder will benefit from the support and motivation of this team.

As our new Client Experience Coordinator, you will provide an administrative service to our Clients, Customers, Commercial Team, and the Hub Team. You will facilitate the overall customer service and private client experience at Claimont, ensuring a seamless and professional client journey.

**Your experience will include, but is not limited to**:

- Have at least two years of administration experience
- Working in a patient or customer facing role
- Working within a private healthcare, domiciliary care, or statutory healthcare environment in an administrative role
- Working within any clinical administration and be able to use Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce) would be an advantage.
- Knowledge and awareness of Mental Health Care

- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and pride in your work presentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task
- Be able to work on your own initiative and/or as part of team
- Expertise in the use of Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel (including data management within spreadsheets), PowerPoint, pdf editing, minute taking and the preparation and editing of documents

The role will be office based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
