Finance & HR Assistant

_**Job Purpose**:_
Working within a structured well established finance and HR team, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, raising sales invoices and maintaining accounts receivable records. You will provide administrative support to the HR manager in all areas including recruitment, employee relations and training, ensuring timely, quality information is provided and maintained in accordance with group procedures and policies.
- **Main Duties & Responsibilities**_
- Adding customer orders onto the system according to the procedures, matching with sales quotes, raising queries if discrepancies found with regards to amounts and terms and conditions
- Register repair and warranty jobs as they arrive
- Issuing customer invoices, including amending the quote to match the invoice value
- Dealing with customers, dealing with PO queries, requesting PO uplifts
- Assist with month end procedures as required, Collating data to assist in producing / developing standard reports.
- Maintain accurate records as appropriate.
- Inputting of sales ledger invoices and monthly reconciliation of sales ledger, preparing and sending customer statements.
- Assist with Credit control.
- General Queries.
- Supporting the finance and HR team as required.
- Provide a full administration service to the HR manager
- Assisting with booking all external training for employees

The above duties and responsibilities represent the main task areas of the above position. All employees are expected to adapt to other job or work within their capabilities caused by changes within the industrial sector. The post holder should be flexible in their job role.
