An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at The Royal Oldham Hospital as a Medical Absence Coordinator.

This is a busy role and would ideally suit an individual with an administration background and IT Skills. To be successful you will need to be able to adapt and prioritise a busy workload, have excellent communication skills, work as a member of a team and be able to build strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders.

The main duties include
- Booking bank and agency locum doctors in line with NCA policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Centrally recording, monitoring and updating absence records for medical staff.
- Processing study leave expenses as appropriate.
- Respond to and resolve queries relating to locum bookings.
