One of the UK’s largest and foremost law firms is currently looking to recruit a skilled and highly organised Administrator at their Chichester office.

**The Role**
You would provide a high standard of administrative support across the Tax, Trusts & Compliance team, responsible for a wide range of work on behalf of high net worth and global UK clients. This is a fast-paced role, you’ll need to be able to work quickly and accurately, building relationships with your team and clients.
Key tasks and responsibilities as follows
- Arranging payment of invoices/distributions
- Organising verification checks ahead of making payments of invoices/distributions
- Handling telephone calls/taking messages, monitoring daily client correspondence
- Submit Tax returns to HMRC

The Administrator role will suit an adaptable, reliable and self-motived individual looking for an opportunity to play a key role within a fast-paced corporate environment and help clients receive an exceptional service. Experienced administrators will be considered as will recent graduates with good academics and interested in a career in tax, trusts and accountancy. You must have
- Confident communication skills and ability to work on own initiative
- The ability to manage your time and workload efficiently and effectively
- Confident, builds rapport with peers internally and externally
- Strong IT skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc, plus good typing skills
