We now have a vacancy for a full time, permanent Facilities and H&S Administrator at our Bristol facility.

**The Role**:
The Facilities and H&S Administrator role is to assist the Group Facilities and H&S Manager with the administration of the Facilities department to ensure the 3 sites operate effectively and meet the needs of the Group. This role will involve a wide range of activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain work schedules for the engineers assisting the Group Manager.
- Maintain maintenance records for key machinery and equipment identified on the asset register.
- Ordering stock of supplies and equipment and liaising with external contractors
- As the role progresses additional Health & Safety training will be provided with a view to maintaining / reviewing Risk and COSHH assessments for the business
- With training, carry out risk assessments in support of safe working practices including the preparation and creation of RAMS
- Maintain management information systems and reporting.
- Review and answer correspondence
- Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
- Keeping diaries and arranging appointments.
- Use of a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI to produce correspondence and documents to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information in an efficient and retrievable manner.
- You may be required to work alternative shifts / hours
- You may be required to perform any other reasonable duties/specific projects from time to time and as directed by management.

**Skills & Experience**
- A good standard of education to undertake role
- Attention to detail
- An ability to work well under time pressure
- Problem solving Skills
- Knowledge of and interest in Health & Safety working practices desirable
- Full driving license is desirable
- Intermediate computer skills required

**Hours of Work, Remuneration and Benefits**:
Mon - Thu 07:30 a.m. - 16:00 pm., Fri 07:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
