We are currently recruiting for a Quality Administrator to join our client Health Education England (HEE) in their Quality team. Are you highly motivated, have previous quality administration experience and confident with communicating to various stakeholders?Then this could be the role for you.

**Role**:Quality Administrator - Health Education England

**Salary**: £12.25 per hour

**Hours**:30 hours per week, 4 day working week (flexible with the four days you work)

**Location**:Full remote working, but need to be able to commute to Leeds if needed

If successful you would work within the Quality team and take a role in planned and ad hoc multi-professional quality interventions to programmes; ensuring accurate and timely information is available to the visiting panel. An element of this role is tosupport the development and implementation of processes which ensure that regulatory standards are met.

**Role Overview**:

- Communicating with various Stakeholders
- Providing high quality administrative and project support including coordinating the secretariat function for the national programme teams, working groups and meetings, as and when required.
- Organising and supporting quality interventions including liaison with stakeholders
- The post holder will undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery of programmes.
- The post holder is a key member of the team whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective running work streams which includes collation of data, financial monitoring, updating project information, diary management, information management,support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives.

**What we are looking for**:

- Preferably experience of working within Quality Administration
- Ability to communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders whilst building and maintaining strong working relationships, liaising externally with stakeholders as required
- Administrative matters requiring developed interpersonal and oral/written skills, taking formal minutes.
- Produce comprehensive draft reports and minutes, sourcing information for various systems and sources use by HEE.
- Good communication skills for a range of audiences
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to use own initiative
- Able to communicate across a range of different platforms
- Stakeholder management experience
- Able to communicate with internal/external stakeholders confidently
