**Job Title: Administrator (6-Month Fixed Term Contract)**

**Location: Leeds (south)**

**Salary: £23,000 - £25,000**

Elevation Recruitment Group, Business Support Division are currently recruiting for a Production Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced role, working for a highly successful manufacturing company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination of production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Work closely with the production team to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including inventory levels, production reports, and quality control documentation.
- Generate and update daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
- Act as a liaison between production, supply chain, and other relevant departments to facilitate effective communication and information flow.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Provide administrative support to the production team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and handling routine correspondence.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that products meet established quality standards.
- Participate in regular quality audits and address any non-conformances promptly.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Available to start immediately
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
