**Your Role**:
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be working alongside the European Head of TA to deliver in-house recruitment and talent strategies. Due to the planned growth this is a brand-new hire for the business, with plenty of autonomy available for you to mould and develop the position.
**Your Impact**:
- Assist with delivery of resourcing strategies
- Maintain and improve recruitment tracking systems
- Develop and sustain relationships with the HR community to enable and facilitate effective hiring practices across all affiliates.
- Collaborate with other members of the talent organization and HR business partners to determine workforce planning, recruiting/sourcing strategies and selection criteria.
- Building effective pipelines of external talent to meet the business demand for current and future requirements including securing talent through multiple search methods
- Management of any associated third-party activity relevant to the hiring process
**Your Required Skills**:
- 2-4 years Agency/In house/RPO experience.
- Ideally in Researcher/sourcing function focusing on Asset management/investment management/hedge funds
- Ability to influence and negotiate with key decision makers and leadership.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience of Workday would be highly beneficial
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in another European Language such as German, French, Italian would be highly desirable
