**Roger Oates Design is a design led luxury flooring company with locations in Herefordshire, London, and Devon.**

**You must have strong administration skills, a proactive enthusiastic approach and be committed to working as part of a team.**

**Daily tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Operate as a key point of contact for customers and champion the customer experience.
- Ensure customer enquiries and orders are responded to promptly and efficiently.
- Raise quotes and proformas, process orders and provide regular order updates.
- Advise clients on technical aspects of the product offerings.
- Maintain and develop existing and new client relationships through regular contact.
- Accurately input sales information on to the company systems.
- Offer a luxury sales experience to showroom visitors.
- Encourage and foster a helpful environment where teamwork and continuous improvement prevail.
- Provide support for other team members during busy periods and as necessary.
- Previous customer service and sales administration experience.
- Be able to work well under pressure with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer focused with ability to use own initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal communication) with an aptitude for numbers and figures.
- A personal interest in design and British craftsmanship.
- Team player.
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.

Full product training will be provided.

**Details**:
Location: 31 Chelsea Wharf, 15 Lots Road, London, SW10 0QJ.

Hours of Work: 37.5 per week, 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday including 30 mins unpaid for lunch. Rotational Saturday working will be required where a day in lieu will be provided to maintain a working week of 37.5 hours. You may be required to work additional hours during busy periods.
