**Job Title: Sales Administrator**
**Remote position (1 in person event per month in or around London)**
**Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum**

Due to continual growth, QSL is looking to add a Sales Administrator to our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working in an administrative support role for a busy sales or recruitment office to join a company that will allow them to take ownership of the role and grow with the business.

This role will be responsible for all elements of sales administration, including the building and processing of client data, taking ownership of our internal CRM system & client reporting.

This is a fully remote role, with in person team events once a month.

**_What the role entails: _**
- Building and cleaning company data in line with client customer profiles
- Providing weekly and monthly reports to clients using sales data from the CRM
- Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports to the senior management team around Rep performance
- Mastering our CRM (SalesLoft), including setting up new client projects, updating information within the system, and ensuring the CRM is being used to its full potential
- Supporting management with analytics to identify and communicate opportunities to improve processes or/and performance.
**_Who we are looking for: _**
- Experience providing all round administrative support to a busy sales team
- Previous experience using either SalesLoft or Outreach would be an advantage
- Exceptional eye for detail and the ability to analyse large amounts of data
- Confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritise a varied workload, while ensuring deadlines are met
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
