**Functional area**:Operations & Maintenance

The Operations Co-Ordinators are responsible, with others, for planning & tracking all Service, Reactive and Project work scopes within the Service Contract efficiently and cost-effectively, maximising the commercial value within compliant requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

- Promote a positive safety culture, contribute to the wider Ops Team delivering its Health & Safety objectives, raise near hits using internal tools & by ensuring that HSSE issues are resolved & targets are met
- Plan, prioritise & implement maintenance & coordinate offshore work to ensure the site continues to operate efficiently in terms of reducing the cost of maintenance & increasing generation
- Working with the Production & Engineering teams as well as key stakeholders to achieve this
- Identify & implement initiatives to reduce operating costs, increase reliability & efficiency & maximise generation

Working Pattern:

- The role will be on a rotational shift basis; 7 days on / 7 days off, ‘core’ hours to be based on a 37hr week average over a two-week rotation but working up to a 12hr shift each day, including some overtime
- Base Location is Lowestoft
- To note this role is considered a flexible role with potential periods of Service Operations Vessel (SOV) deployment as well as normal base office work

This could also mean that when the SOV is at Gabbard the shift pattern may change to 14 days on / 14 days off to match with the SOV operation

Role Requirements:

- A sound understanding of HSSE systems
- Enhanced Teamwork & Communication Skills (Verbal, Written & IT); to allow affective remote Safe, high-quality work
- Positive & practical attitude towards improving work processes and practices to constantly improve
- Commercial awareness of Wind Generation and the importance of Key Performance Indicators
- A Full UK Clean Driving Licence
