A background in customer service or insurance is entirely optional, but a keen eye for detail, the ability to get to the bottom of things and negotiating are second nature to you.
Based in Peterlee as a Customer Service Representative, you will play a central role in helping to recover the cost of keeping our customers mobile during their insurance claim by agreeing settlements and payments with insurance companies.
