Customer Service & Warranty Administrator

Duties include, but not limited to:

- Process warranty claims and ensure accurate and timely submission
- Maintain Service & Warranty records and documentation
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers regarding warranty issues
- Communicate with customers regarding Service bookings, Warranty claims and
resolutions
- Assist in resolving warranty disputes or discrepancies
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of Servicing & Warranty claims
- Provide administrative support to the Service & Warranty department
- Assist in preparing reports and analyzing warranty data

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Outlook and computer literate for processing warranty claims
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills to manage warranty records, service bookings and
documentation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office for communication and document management
- Clerical and administrative experience in an office setting
- Professional phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and suppliers
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Comfortable working with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £23,795.00 per year
