**What you'll do**:
It’ll be your responsibility to manage and continually improve our current ways of working within our Portfolio Office aligned to risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables.

You’ll also promote Agile methodologies and standards, supporting with delivery reports, controls and helping to remove blockers and impediments to achieve our outcomes.

As well as this, you'll:

- Facilitate and provide support with the production of materials for all portfolio events
- Conduct Jira and Planview sessions discussing risks, issues, dependencies, challenges and supporting in progressing to closure
- Create dashboards in Jira and Excel to support all portfolio events on delivery and sprint progress
- Establish and maintain a cadence that aligns with our wider CTO team
- Provide Scaled Agile training to colleagues
- Provide secretariat activities, input papers to the meetings and communications to stakeholders

**The skills you'll need**:
You’ll need experience in internal or external Agile and hybrid support roles, and knowledge of Scaled Agile in a portfolio APMO setting.

You’ll also need:

- Extensive experience of tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, MSP, Planview, Oracle and SharePoint
- Knowledge of our processes, procedures and risk frameworks
- Experience of configuration management working in both a standard and Agile environment
- Experience of supporting with the management of budgets and financials
- Experience of working in a portfolio, programme or APMO environment
