The Role

Addepar is seeking a confident, experienced, relationship associate to join the Partnerships team Reporting to a senior programme manager responsible for handling portfolio data partner relationships, this person will introduce new portfolio data providers, such as banks and custodians, to the Addepar data partner network. This will involve initial outreach to those financial institutions to conduct preliminary discovery for new data feed integrations.

This role will involve multi-functional collaboration with Addepar’s Go to Market and Research & Development teams, deep relationship building with both internal & external groups to navigate obstacles, prevent projects stalling and ultimately drive increased velocity in the creation of portfolio data integrations, as well as helping drive initiatives to improve client adoption.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Addepar Client Relationship Managers to collect details related to clients' accounts and to facilitate an introduction to the Financial Institution providing the data. Implement controls to ensure client data feed requests are accurately recorded and regularly maintained. Initiate outreach to Financial Institutions Addepar hope to build a data integration with, these will primarily be Banks/Custodians. Drive exploratory conversations to understand the framework of each Financial Institution and their technical infrastructure, to inform the feasibility and complexity of each integration project. Ensure potential obstacles/blockers are understood and documented. Coordinate availability and capacity of all parties to ensure alignment on project kickoff readiness. Provide regular status updates on project planning progress and findings, and raise issues as appropriate to ensure continued traction throughout the development process. Support the implementation of workflows to encourage adoption of data feeds made available to new subscribers. Participate in market studies to capture intelligence on growth markets from SMEs and help identify other opportunities to support strategic prioritisation.

Who You Are

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years client/vendor relationship management experience required Proven leadership ability (management not required) Outstanding communication, organisational, and time-management skills Understanding of project planning fundamentals Familiarity or experience working at/with Custodians is strongly preferred Professional experience in Financial Services/Technology Implementations preferred [Bonus] Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira, Confluence
