The Role:

- Accelerated route for progression to Partnership for those not at Partner level

- Client following isn't a requirement, but would be beneficial
- Must have strong interest in business development
- Ideally with strong client connections and relationships
- Emphasis on desire to build a brand new team rather

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well autonomously as well as in a team
